先用格式工厂把图标格式转为JPG，再用Photoshop加工，再转回图标（后缀名记不得了），之后再用e语言或者c语言编写一个用上述加工好的图标的快捷方式就好了。（以上涉及的步骤有不会都可以在贴吧，文库或者经验里面找到）
